How we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, assess whether the road may suit our service, prepare estimates or quotes, arrange work and maintain normal business records. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and access

Enquiry details and uploaded photographs are stored in secured online systems used to operate Trakfix. Access is limited to authorised people and service providers who need it for these purposes.

Sharing

We may share relevant information with service providers or partner operators where necessary to respond to your request, provide a referral or deliver the service. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to any legal record-keeping requirements.
